	Large 7 bedroom cabin sitting just above Little River in Quaint Townsend, TN. Cliffside's large grassy yard is great for family gatherings or a play area for the children.
Just minutes from the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
	The Spacious Living Area features a Wood Burning Fireplace and a Sofa Sleeper for extra bedding.
A Romantic Hot Tub for "2" or eight awaits you on the outside covered deck sitting up mature trees.
	Outdoor dining that you can't resist. Perfect for that relaxed morning cup of Java!!!

Cliffside's 7 Bedrooms

There are 7 bedrooms at Cliffside plus a Bunking Room with three full sized beds. The sofa upstairs in the main living is a Sofa Sleeper as well.

Nightly rate is $225.00 for up to six guests per night. See specials below for discounted seasons.

Pet allowed with approval only & $25.00 minimum pet charge/ Smoking allowed outside only.

January 6th through February 28th, 2009*
Stay for two nights and get a 10% discount. That's only $202.50 per night. Stay for three nights and the third night is free. That's only $150.00 per night. Stay for six nights and get two nights free.  Call for week day stays. We'll give bigger discounts if you stay anytime from Sunday to Friday only. 

March 1st through May 22nd, 2009 & September 2009*
Stay for three nights and the third night is 1/2 price. That's only $187.50 per night. Stay for four nights or more and the last night free. Stay for seven nights and only pay for 5 1/2. (Does not include Memorial Day holiday.)
