TERMS: A deposit of 1/3 the total amount or a minimum of $100 at the time of the reservation. Balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival. 30 day cancellation with a $50.00 cancellation fee, 60 days for holidays, June July and August and October. All Cancellations $50 office fee unless made within 24hrs. of when the reservation is taken. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover personal checks (at least 2 weeks before check-in) and cash. All rentals are subject to state tax 9.25% plus 4% hotel/motel tax.
