	Come visit MistyViewFarmhouse situated on 11 acres of private rolling hills. This house has a spectacular view of the Great Smoky Mountains that you'll not soon forget and is only minutes to Cades Cove, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
Have your morning coffee on the covered deck swinging on the swing or reading the paper and looking out at the wonderful view of the mountains....
	Our Farmhouse kitchen is set up for cooking for your whole family. Open to the family room and dining room, the cook can still visit while preparing that special meal.
With the dining table and kitchen table, you can seat 10 people to eat at one time.
	The Family room boasts a soft, rocking love seat and an upright piano for the music lovers in your family. It also has a wood burning stove to keep you and your loved ones toasty...
The 2nd family room has a sofa, love seat, rocking chair, cable TV and VCR so the kids can enjoy their shows while the adults visit upstairs or in the game room next door.
	The lower level game room features a Pool Table, Air Hockey table, Futon Sleeper and Sofa.

Outside you can enjoy the peacefulness of the mountains sitting out on one of the two decks overlooking the mountains.

Play 2 on 2 at the Basketball goal or sit and soak after a long day hiking in the nearby mountain trails.

The Seven Bedrooms

The Bunk Bedrooms are designed for the children in your group. Each bedroom has one set of twin bunk beds.

Bunkhouse

 Bunk House is  available for all those extra children and their friends that you had to bring along on your vacation.  This is a camping room with cots and beds. In other words it will keep them dry.  There are no linens, heat or water.  This is also great for youth groups.  The youth leaders can stay in the cabin with the Hot Tub and running water.=-)

Nightly rate is $350.00 per night. See specials below for discounted seasons.

Pet allowed with approval only & $25.00 minumum pet charge/ Smoking allowed outside only.

August - Oct 2nd & November 3rd - 20th & December 1st - 19th*
Stay for three nights and the third night is 1/2 price. That's only $291.66 per night. Stay for four nights or more and the last night free. Stay for seven nights and only pay for 5 1/2. (Does not include Memorial Day holiday.)

January 6th through February 28th, 2009*
Stay for two nights and get a 10% discount. That's only $315.00 per night. Stay for three nights and the third night is free. That's only $233.33 per night. Stay for six nights and get two nights free.  Call for week day stays. We'll give bigger discounts if you stay anytime from Sunday to Friday only. 

March 1st through May 22nd, 2009 & September 2009*
