Spectacular 11 acre farm with 360 degree views of the Smokies. Enjoy the volleyball, basketball, bonfire and lots of room to play, relax and explore. Goode View farm features 2 cabins (Misty View and Smoky View) and a bunkhouse. Rent one, two or all three. (Ask for a group rate discount when renting all three).

The Bunkhouse
The Bunk House is available for all those extra children and their friends that you had to bring along on your vacation. This is a camping room only. It is two levels (2nd is a loft) with a single bed, 2 cots, full size floor mattress and a couch. There are no linens (bring sleeping bags and pillows), heat, septic or water. In other words, it will keep them dry and they'll have a blast in their own little domain. It has a tree house feel, situated in the woods, within easy sight or walk to Misty View or Smoky View. This is also great for youth groups. Youth leaders can stay in the cabin with the Hot Tub and running water.
