Horse Boarding Cabin - Large Cabin - 3 Bedroom Family Cabin

Take a look at this wonderful new cabin just finished December 2006. With three bedrooms and two baths, this cabin can accommodate up to 11 guests. It features a 360° porch with wood rockers and Hot Tub to sit and enjoy the view of the Smoky Mountains and peacefulness of Mother Nature.

	This full size kitchen is complete with dishwasher, Refrigerator/Frig/Ice Maker, Ceramic flat top stove, granite counters and enough bar space for 3 more guests to enjoy dinner.
The Living Room has enough space for 8 adults and several children to enjoy watching the big screen TV all at once. With two overstuffed chairs and two sofa's, this room will be the center of attention. Both Sofa's are queen sized sleepers as well.
	With a dining table that seats 8 and 3 more at the bar, you can accommodate 11 eating dinner at the same time. What a GREAT way to spend a wonderful evening meal.
The Master Suite is perfect for resting and relaxation with a beautiful King Sized bed, TV with DVD and Satellite and an attached luxurious bathroom.
	The Master bath comes complete with a huge stand up shower, oversized Jacuzzi bath and his & her vanities.
The 2nd bedroom is just as nice as the first with a Queen sized bed and an awesome view of the Smoky Mountains.
	The third bedroom features a Twin Over Full Bunk Bed to be utilized by the children or just the Kid at Heart.
The 2nd bathroom is Great as well. With a tub/shower and plenty of space to share.
	And don't forget the Outdoors. This cabin boasts a full 360° porch with a large hot tub for your Summer and Winter enjoyment.

January 6th through February 28th, 2009*
Stay for two nights and get a 10% discount. That's only $166.50 per night. Stay for three nights and the third night is free. That's only $123.33 per night. Stay for six nights and get two nights free. Call for week day stays. We'll give bigger discounts if you stay anytime from Sunday to Friday only.

March 1st through May 22nd, 2009 & September 2009*
Stay for three nights and the third night is 1/2 price. That's only $154.16 per night. Stay for four nights or more and the last night free. Stay for seven nights and only pay for 5 1/2. (Does not include Memorial Day holiday.)

The Horse Barn has three stalls, watering trough and a tack room to use during your stay. There is also plenty of room to back up your horse trailer and keep it parked on the property while you stay with us. There are two separate pastures as well.

Horse Boarding Fees:

$15.00 per night/per horse.
Proof of Coggins is required for all horses boarded on the property and up to date worming.
Feed horses only inside the pasture area.
Riding is permitted in the pasture.
Horse trail maps for riding the trails inside the park may be purchased at the Smoky Mtn Visitor Center on Hwy 321. Owners of horses are responsible for any damage done to the property, fencing or barn. Please leave the property neat for the next person to enjoy. THANKS...
