The Fully Equipped Kitchen has plenty dishes, pot, pans and utensils for all 26 guests. We've even provided a dishwasher, microwave, office-sized coffee pot, toaster, blender and all of the other modern conveniences of home to meet all of your cooking needs.
	The Oversized Dining Room Table seats 14 guests at one time. Just right for Thanksgiving Dinner or Family Events.

Lodge has 5 full baths with tub/shower and one half bath.

	The Game Room has plenty for Kids of All Ages. An Air Hockey Table, Foosball Table, Bumper Pool Table/Card Table and a Full Futon Sleeper. This room will provide hours of endless entertainment for your family.
A Covered Wood Deck with BBQ Grill is just right for those outdoor grilling events. With plenty of seating and room for your entire group.
	And did we mention the Hot Tub?  With a Gorgeous View of the Great Smoky Mountains, the Hot Tub is great in the summer to help you cool down and wonderful for those cool fall evenings.

Located at the top of the peaceful town of Townsend, TN just outside the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park and Cades Cove.

Nightly rate is $450.00 for twenty guests per night. See specials below for discounted seasons.

August 17th thru September 2009 & March 1st - May 22nd, 2010*
Stay for three nights and the third night is 1/2 price. That's only $375.00 per night. Stay for four nights or more and the last night free. Stay for seven nights and only pay for 5 1/2. (Does not include Memorial Day holiday.)

November 1st - 19th & November 29th - Dec 19th  -   2009*
Stay for three nights and the third night is 1/2 price. That's only $375.00 per night. Stay for four nights or more and the last night free. Stay for seven nights and only pay for 5 1/2. (Does not include Memorial Day holiday.)

January 3rd through February 28th, 2010*
Stay for two nights and get a 10% discount. That's only $405.00 per night. Stay for three nights and the third night is free. That's only $300.00 per night. Stay for six nights and get two nights free.  Call for week day stays. We'll give bigger discounts if you stay anytime from Sunday to Friday only. 

*Rates shown include 20 guests 12 and over. Each additional guest 12 & over, add $10.00 per night. Taxes and fees may apply.
