Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-ins or outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day
NO PETS ALLOWED OF ANY KIND; IN THIS CABIN.
Check-In:
*3 pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin
Check-Out:
*10 am - Please follow our checkout guidelines.

*On During: October 1st - April 1st
Common Concerns:
*Road Conditions: Some of our cabins are on steep, narrow, curvy, mountain roads. If you are concerned about road conditions to get to a cabin, please feel free to ask us! None of our cabins requires a 4-wheel drive under normal weather conditions, but some do in inclement weather.
*TV & WiFi: We do have TVs and WiFi in most of our cabins. There are times when heavy cloud cover, weather systems, mountains, or trees will cause problems with the signals. We always want our guests to have the comforts they want on vacation, but there are times we cannot control this problem.
*Pests & Wildlife: Here in the Smoky Mountains, we have lots of native bugs and wildlife. All of our cabins are treated for pests, but there are times you will find bugs or even have trouble with bugs. Please let us know if they are causing trouble; we will handle it as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please never feed, taunt, or approach any wildlife. This is their home, and we are the visitors.
Cancellation Policy:
*$50 cancellation fee
*Before 30 days - you will get all of your money back (-$50)
*Within 30 days - whatever dates we can rebook, this is the amount that we will refund (-$50). Example: if you had 5 nights & we rebooked 4 nights = you will be refunded 4 night+tax+cleaning fee

Great cabin. Awesome views. Love the deck with the hot tub and rocking chairs. Decorated so cute. We always rent from Smoky Cabins and have stayed in several,I think this might be our new favorite!

Check in and check out were super easy. Cabin was so quaint and perfect for the two of us for a week. It was really clean and had everything we needed. The view from the deck was beautiful. We loved having the gas fireplace. It was so relaxing to sit around in the morning and the evenings. We really enjoyed being on the peaceful side of the Smokies! In fact, we have already booked again for next year!

My husband and I spent last weekend at this "Honeymoon Sweet" for our 5th year anniversary. It was very nice. Perfect for couples. Everything you need packing in to the perfect size for you and your spouse. The cabin is conveniently located towards the bottom of the property so you don't have to climb the hill with your vehicle. The pool is a very short walk away and the hot tub was amazing. The jacuzzi tub was a nice touch as well. We can't say enough good about this property. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. :)

We had a lovely stay in Townsend. Our cabin was clean, welcoming and the directions led us right to it. The view was incredible and enjoying it from the hot tub was one of our favorite parts. Hosts were fast to respond to our questions and needs. We will definitely be coming back to stay!

Was expecting a nice cabin from the pictures and description but this cabin was so much better than expected. Very clean, very nice inside, and the view from the deck is as good as any view you you can find in the area. Townsend is minutes away and the national park is also maybe 10 minutes away. Will be staying in this one again.
