Step Inside and Relax

Two spacious king bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom, each with a tub/shower, ensure comfort and privacy for your entire group. Both bedrooms feature a flat screen TV and dresser.

The fully equipped eat-in kitchen on the main floor allows you to prepare home-cooked meals with ease. Gather around the dining table with seating for six and enjoy quality time together.

Unwind by the crackling gas fireplace in the inviting living room, or curl up with a good book in the adjacent cozy sitting room, also featuring a gas fireplace.

Family Fun Upstairs

Head upstairs to find a comfortable family room with a sleeper sofa and two recliner chairs, perfect for movie nights or game nights. There is a 2nd gas fireplace upstairs for guests' comfort.

Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-ins or outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day

NO PETS ALLOWED OF ANY KIND; IN THIS CABIN.

Check-In:

*3 pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin

Check-Out:

*10 am - Please follow our checkout guidelines.

Fireplaces:

*On During: October 1st - April 1st

Common Concerns:

*Road Conditions: Some of our cabins are on steep, narrow, curvy, mountain roads. If you are concerned about road conditions to get to a cabin, please feel free to ask us! None of our cabins requires a 4-wheel drive under normal weather conditions, but some do in inclement weather.

*TV & WiFi: We do have TVs and WiFi in most of our cabins. There are times when heavy cloud cover, weather systems, mountains, or trees will cause problems with the signals. We always want our guests to have the comforts they want on vacation, but there are times we cannot control this problem.

*Pests & Wildlife: Here in the Smoky Mountains, we have lots of native bugs and wildlife. All of our cabins are treated for pests, but there are times you will find bugs or even have trouble with bugs. Please let us know if they are causing trouble; we will handle it as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please never feed, taunt, or approach any wildlife. This is their home, and we are the visitors.

Cancellation Policy:

*$50 cancellation fee

*Before 30 days - you will get all of your money back (-$50)

*Within 30 days - whatever dates we can rebook, this is the amount that we will refund (-$50). Example: if you had 5 nights & we rebooked 4 nights = you will be refunded 4 night+tax+cleaning fee
