Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-ins or outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day
NO PETS ALLOWED OF ANY KIND; IN THIS CABIN.
Check-In:
*3 pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin
Check-Out:
*10 am - Please follow our checkout guidelines.

*On During: October 1st - April 1st
Common Concerns:
*Road Conditions: Some of our cabins are on steep, narrow, curvy, mountain roads. If you are concerned about road conditions to get to a cabin, please feel free to ask us! None of our cabins requires a 4-wheel drive under normal weather conditions, but some do in inclement weather.
*TV & WiFi: We do have TVs and WiFi in most of our cabins. There are times when heavy cloud cover, weather systems, mountains, or trees will cause problems with the signals. We always want our guests to have the comforts they want on vacation, but there are times we cannot control this problem.
*Pests & Wildlife: Here in the Smoky Mountains, we have lots of native bugs and wildlife. All of our cabins are treated for pests, but there are times you will find bugs or even have trouble with bugs. Please let us know if they are causing trouble; we will handle it as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please never feed, taunt, or approach any wildlife. This is their home, and we are the visitors.
Cancellation Policy:
*$50 cancellation fee
*Before 30 days - you will get all of your money back (-$50)
*Within 30 days - whatever dates we can rebook, this is the amount that we will refund (-$50). Example: if you had 5 nights & we rebooked 4 nights = you will be refunded 4 night+tax+cleaning fee

The cabin was perfect for our needs. My wife and I wanted a short getaway in the mountains. We had never explored Townsend, and found plenty to keep us busy. The hot tub was wonderful after a long hike. The cabin was clean. The mattress and pillows were very nice. It was a very private location in the woods. The only issue was the shower was small for my 6 foot, 275 pound frame lol.

Beautiful area. Loved the porch, hot tub, fire pit and the cabin. I was very nervous driving up and down from the cabin. The whole ride up the mountain was tense. Bearadise was the perfect reward for making the drive. Cathy was very kind and helpful with arranging another cabin when I expressed my concerns about driving up to Pipers Place (absolutely beautiful cabin) which was much higher up the mountain.

Great experience! We are familiar with the area and have stayed in this resort several times. The cabin was perfect for two .Just needed a couple of things: hot pot holders for cooking, maybe a gas or charcoal grill. The hot tub was perfect.

Beautiful cabin with the most perfect view and just the right amount of privacy. When we arrived the cabin was very clean and tidy.
