FOR OUR PET FRIENDLY VISITORS:
PETS MUST BE APPROVED BY MANAGEMENT PRIOR TO RESERVATION. We reserve the right to refuse any pet at any time. We would like for you and your family (including the four-legged members) to have the best vacation ever, and appreciate your willingness to abide by these guidelines.
- We only accept dogs; no cats allowed. We only accept 2 pets per reservation.
- We charge a $70.00 per stay per pet fee, which is not refundable.
- Your dog must be on a flea maintenance program. (Like Frontline, Advantage, etc.)
- Your dog must be crated while left in the cabin alone.
- Your dog must not get on our furniture. If we find pet hair on our furniture upon your departure, you will be charged $10.00 per each quilt/comforter/sofa that must be cleaned to remove dog hair.
- If your dog damages our vacation home in any way (e.g., urine on the carpet/floor, chewed furniture/walls/doors or molding), you will be held responsible for the damage repair costs.
- Your dog must be leashed when outside of the cabin. This is for the safety of your dog, as there may be other animals in the area that could harm your beloved pet.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-ins or outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day
Check-In:
*3 pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin
Check-Out:
*10 am - Please follow our checkout guidelines.

*On During: October 1st - April 1st
Common Concerns:
*Road Conditions: Some of our cabins are on steep, narrow, curvy, mountain roads. If you are concerned about road conditions to get to a cabin, please feel free to ask us! None of our cabins requires a 4-wheel drive under normal weather conditions, but some do in inclement weather.
*TV & WiFi: We do have TVs and WiFi in most of our cabins. There are times when heavy cloud cover, weather systems, mountains, or trees will cause problems with the signals. We always want our guests to have the comforts they want on vacation, but there are times we cannot control this problem.
*Pests & Wildlife: Here in the Smoky Mountains, we have lots of native bugs and wildlife. All of our cabins are treated for pests, but there are times you will find bugs or even have trouble with bugs. Please let us know if they are causing trouble; we will handle it as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please never feed, taunt, or approach any wildlife. This is their home, and we are the visitors.
Cancellation Policy:
*$50 cancellation fee
*Before 30 days - you will get all of your money back (-$50)
*Within 30 days - whatever dates we can rebook, this is the amount that we will refund (-$50). Example: if you had 5 nights & we rebooked 4 nights = you will be refunded 4 night+tax+cleaning fee

Nice little cabin perfect for a couple. Close to amenities and good country cooking restaurants. Everything you need is provided. Just visit the local IGA in town and grab your food to cook or grill! You will enjoy the indoor spa tub!

My husband an i needed a get away we stayed at cates cove hideaway. The cabin was absolutely great. The hot tub on back portch was the absolute best. Its was so perfect for what we needed jus a weekend away. My husband and I would like to thank you for letting us enjoy your sweet little cabin. The bed was very very hard but we were so tiard it work. The kitchen was fully equipped.towels were great. We absolutely will return in the future agine thank you for letting us enjoy your little piece of heaven.

We enjoyed our time at Cades Cove Hideaway. It’s convenient to the park entrance and is an inviting, cozy cabin. We especially loved the back deck & utilized the hot tub as well as the bbq pit. It was very relaxing to rock in the chairs while listening to the birds and the wind breezing through the trees. Cades Cove Hideaway is a very short walk from the pool, which rarely has anyone in it. I would recommend this cabin to couples who enjoy a rural and rustic vibe.
One suggestion I have would be to get a mattress that is less firm- we found it pretty hard and not very comfortable.
