We welcome your dogs! To ensure a great stay for everyone, please note our pet guidelines:
- Approval: All dogs must be approved by management prior to check-in (Max 2 dogs; no cats). A $70 non-refundable fee per pet applies.
- Requirements: Dogs must be on a flea maintenance program and must be crated when left unattended in the cabin.
- Care for the Home: Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. Leashes are required at all times when outdoors for the safety of your pet.

Common Concerns:
*Road Conditions: Some of our cabins are on steep, narrow, curvy mountain roads. If you are concerned about road conditions to get to a cabin, please feel free to ask us! None of our cabins requires a 4-wheel drive under normal weather conditions, but some do in inclement weather.
*TV & WiFi: We do have TVs and WiFi in most of our cabins. There are times when heavy cloud cover, weather systems, mountains, or trees will cause problems with the signals. We always want our guests to have the comforts they want on vacation, but there are times we cannot control this problem.
*Pests & Wildlife: Here in the Smoky Mountains, we have lots of native bugs and wildlife. All of our cabins are treated for pests, but there are times you will find bugs or even have trouble with bugs. Please let us know if they are causing trouble; we will handle it as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please never feed, taunt, or approach any wildlife. This is their home, and we are the visitors.
Cancellation Policy:
*$50 cancellation fee
*Before 30 days - you will get all of your money back (-$50)
*Within 30 days - whatever dates we can rebook, this is the amount that we will refund (-$50). Example: if you had 5 nights & we rebooked 4 nights = you will be refunded 4 night+tax+cleaning fee

We loved the cabin, facility and location. The open floor plan and well equipped kitchen and baths made our stay very comfortable. All provided information was correct and all questions were answered promptly. -

Because I thought I knew Townsend, I went to the fire station, but I couldn’t find the road that was on the directions. I didn’t realize there were 2 fire stations. One fire station has a fire station on the side of the building, while the other does not, and they were within a half mile of each other, so I did what all male drivers do: I Google the road the house was on and just drove. The house was clean, and we felt safe. The beds were really comfortable, and thankfully, we had a full kitchen with all the pots and pans we needed. When we had questions, we had a quick response to each. But I am glad I left my F250 at home, as the parking is limited. -

We had a wonderful stay! The views were absolutely beautiful, the place was very clean, and the location was very convenient. It was perfect for our family, and we felt very comfortable the entire time. The host was fantastic — friendly, responsive, and made everything easy for us. We would definitely stay here again! -

Beautifully appointed cabin, with nearly new appliances, two decks, hot tub and in a very lovely area. Owners were very responsive to questions. Smooth and refreshing experience. I recommend this property for anyone interested in a cabin near the mountains! -
