*3 pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin
Check-Out:
*10 am - Please follow our checkout guidelines.

Common Concerns:
*Road Conditions: Some of our cabins are on steep, narrow, curvy mountain roads. If you are concerned about road conditions to get to a cabin, please feel free to ask us! None of our cabins require a 4-wheel drive under normal weather conditions, but some do in inclement weather.
*TV & WiFi: We do have TV's and WiFi in most of our cabins. There are times when heavy cloud cover, weather systems, mountains, or trees will cause problems with the signals. We always want our guests to have the comforts they want on vacation, but there are times we cannot control this problem.
*Pests & Wildlife: Here in the Smoky Mountains, we have lots of native bugs and wildlife. All of our cabins are treated for pests, but there are times you will find bugs or even have trouble with bugs. Please let us know if they are causing trouble; we will handle it as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please never feed, taunt, or approach any wildlife. This is their home, and we are the visitors.
Cancellation Policy:
*$50 cancellation fee
*Before 30 days - you will get all of your money back (-$50)
*Within 30 days - whatever dates we can rebook, this is the amount that we will refund (-$50). Example: if you had 5 nights & we rebooked 4 nights = you will be refunded 4 night+tax+cleaning fee

Great place for the whole family to enjoy peace and quiet. Plenty of room with a wonderful view. The only thing that was missing was a fire in the pit. But we totally understood why not.

What an amazing property! Large dining table for sharing meals, children's projects and table games. The outdoor space gave us breath taking views of the Smokies and a fire pit to stay warm while we made smores.

Amazing view. The beds were very firm. 16 people can sleep in actual beds. You have to walk through bedrooms to get to another bedrooms. I'd love to come back.
