Cabin comes with usage of the swimming pool & fitness center at Wild Laurel Country Club & Golf Course.

Serendipity offers a unique mountain home experience with a wide open floor plan and room for everyone.

With three living spaces, beautiful mountain views and even a screened porch, this cabin is an amazing place for your family to spend your vacation. The master bedroom and 2nd bedroom have mountain views as well as the all 3 living rooms. Please note that this cabin provides YouTube TV in the living room and family room downstairs.

Sitting at the end of the road, Serendipity is located in the Laurel Valley Golf Community which is private, safe and peaceful. The location is convenient to and has easy access to Townsend, The Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Cades Cove. Just 20 miles away and you can be in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

IMPORTANT: Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check in or outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day

NO PETS ALLOWED OF ANY KIND, IN THIS CABIN.
Check-In:
*3pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin

Check-Out:
*10am - Please follow our check out guidelines.

*On During: October 1st - April 1st

Common Concerns:
*Road Conditions: Some of our cabins are on steep, narrow, curvy, mountain roads. If you are concerned about road conditions to get to a cabin, please feel free to ask us! None of our cabins require a 4 wheel drive under normal weather conditions but some do in inclement weather.
*TV & WiFi: We do have TV's and WiFi in most all of our cabins. There are times when heavy cloud cover, weather systems, mountains, or trees will cause problems with the signals. We always want our guests to have the comforts they want on vacation, but there are times we cannot control this problem.
*Pests & Wildlife: Here in the Smoky Mountains, we have lots of native bugs and wildlife. All of our cabins are treated for pests, but there are times you will find bugs or even have trouble with bugs. Please let us know if they are causing trouble, we will handle it as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please never feed, taunt or approach any wildlife. This is their home and we are the visitors.

Cancellation Policy:
*$50 cancellation fee
*Before 30 days - you will get all of your money back (-$50)
*Within 30 days - whatever dates we can rebook, this is the amount that we will refund back (-$50). Example: if you had 5 nights & we rebooked 4 nights = you will be refunded 4 night+tax+cleaning fee
