Accommodation: This spacious cabin features three bedrooms, two en-suites, multiple living areas for relaxation and entertainment, and tiered decking offering stunning views of the surrounding forest.

Amenities: Indulge in modern luxuries, including a whirlpool bathtub for ultimate relaxation, a large wood-burning fireplace to cozy up by on cold winter nights, and a massive hot tub for soaking under the stars.

Master Bedroom - main floor - king bed

2nd Bedroom - lower floor - queen bed

3rd Bedroom - lower floor - 1 full & 1 twin beds

Sofa sleeper - Lazy Boy sofa in lower living room

PLEASE NOTE - THIS CABIN ONLY ALLOWS FOR 9 GUESTS. MORE GUESTS THAN 9 WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE. THERE IS LIMITED PARKING AT THIS CABIN. ONLY 3 VEHICLES ARE ABLE TO PARK HERE.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-ins or outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day

NO PETS ALLOWED OF ANY KIND; IN THIS CABIN.

Check-In:

*3 pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin

Check-Out:

*10 am - Please follow our checkout guidelines.

Fireplaces:

*On During: October 1st - April 1st

Common Concerns:

*Road Conditions: Some of our cabins are on steep, narrow, curvy, mountain roads. If you are concerned about road conditions to get to a cabin, please feel free to ask us! None of our cabins requires a 4-wheel drive under normal weather conditions, but some do in inclement weather.

*TV & WiFi: We do have TVs and WiFi in most of our cabins. There are times when heavy cloud cover, weather systems, mountains, or trees will cause problems with the signals. We always want our guests to have the comforts they want on vacation, but there are times we cannot control this problem.

*Pests & Wildlife: Here in the Smoky Mountains, we have lots of native bugs and wildlife. All of our cabins are treated for pests, but there are times you will find bugs or even have trouble with bugs. Please let us know if they are causing trouble; we will handle it as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please never feed, taunt, or approach any wildlife. This is their home, and we are the visitors.

Cancellation Policy:

*$50 cancellation fee

*Before 30 days - you will get all of your money back (-$50)

*Within 30 days - whatever dates we can rebook, this is the amount that we will refund (-$50). Example: if you had 5 nights & we rebooked 4 nights = you will be refunded 4 night+tax+cleaning fee
