  Everything was wonderful. We loved the hot tub, the bed was very comfy, kitchen had everything we needed, and the couch and chairs were great for watching Tennessee beat Alabama! Location is fantastic as it’s close to Townsend and the entrance to the Smoky Mountains. We took a long hike Saturday afternoon. My wife loved how beautifully your place was decorated and we also appreciated being able to light the gas log fireplace. Such a bonus. Definitely recommend this to anyone wishing to get away from the hustle of life.

  We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin 😀. Everything was awesome for our 38th anniversary get away!!. The cabin was beautiful as shown in the pictures! This is our 2nd time staying in Whispering Pines. We have rented from Smoky Cabins multiple times and have always enjoyed the cabins we rent. Thank you sharing your cabins with us we appreciate it. We like renting from Smoky Cabins, hopefully we can rent again in the near future.

  We loved our stay in Whispering Pines. It had a great space for our two kids, complete with a gaming system and board games for down time. Everything was immaculately clean, including the hot tub and the pool. I would book this unit again in a heartbeat!

  Every thing was just as advertised and actually even better……we loved the quiet of the cabin atmosphere and the Townsend area in general…we want to give a special thanks to our neighbor Kathy in #126 who absolutely hit it out of the park with suggestions of where to go and what to do please make sure you tell her and feel free to share our email with her as well and by all means keep us on your mailing list as well!   We had a great stay. The cabin had more than enough space for the two of us and everything was in perfect condition and as pictured. We loved hanging out on the spacious deck-the neighborhood is very peaceful, quiet, and well-kept. Wonderful location close to the park, shopping, and restaurants. Management was very easy to work with and we would definitely consider this cabin and Smoky Cabins the next time we return to Townsend.

  Absolutely loved this cabin! Super clean ! It was exactly how it looked in the pictures, beautiful! It was close to other cabins but with all the trees it felt secluded. It was so nice to drive back to this quiet cabin after dealing with traffic and crowds. The staff with Smoky Cabins are excellent to deal with. Starting with Cathy who helped me book the cabin & other staff members I talked with over the phone. We will book again with Smoky Cabins because of their excellent service. Thank you!!

  Overall, the cabin was wonderful. Washer and dryer, two beds, nice kitchen, two bathrooms, larger tv and awesome fireplace! This cabin is not "up mountain" so not as difficult to get to, but that means you don't get that awesome of a view. Close to Townsend, accessible to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and the State Park made it an easy drive to get to places, but far enough out to enjoy being 'remote'. Overall, definitely made a great anniversary get away!

  Cabin was great, loved the hottub and deck! Bed isn't near as comfortable as we expected by the reviews. Spiral staircase very narrow but we didn't use loft space.

  This is our favorite cabin so far! It was clean and cozy! The deck overlooking the Forrest floor was the perfect place to sit and watch the birds and squirrels. We will definitely stay here again.

  We loved Townsend! Peaceful indeed the cabin was great everything we wanted and more! The only downside was we underestimated the size of the stairs but that minor compared to the great time and relaxation we had!

  Management Response: Yes the steps getting up to the loft is narrow. It would be hard for a larger person to go up them. Thank you for leaving your thoughts!!

  We had a nice relaxing stay here. The cabin was very clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. It was so nice and cozy after a long day out exploring. Enjoyed the hot tub and relaxing on the large deck. Saw a bear our last night down in the hollow. Was an amazing experience! Just booked another cabin for next year and we cannot wait!

  We really enjoyed our stay at Whispering Pines cabin. It is easy to get too, plus it’s tucked away! The cabin is well equipped. The cabin was very clean and felt just like we were at home. This is our second time renting from Smoky Cabins and both experiences were wonderful! We will definitely rent from Smoky Cabins again and recommend other people do the same!

  An absolutely awesome cabin. We reserved this cabin after my daughter's picture won the photo contest last year. It was clean and quiet with a very nice view of the woods from the deck The hot tub hit the spot after some good hikes. I will say they aren't kidding when they say the stairs to the loft are steep and narrow! The location is close enough we made a quick run to Pizza Hut for some cinnamon sticks to take care of late evening craving.

  Very nice cabin. Cell phone reception is very spotty (Verizon) and would suggest you print out the directions prior to arrival as we were not able to access our email. After locating our cabin, it was very clean and had plenty of starter supplies. The cabin is very close to everything in the Townsend area. We were not disappointed with our choice of management and property owners. Will surely be returning.
