Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-ins or outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day
NO PETS ALLOWED OF ANY KIND; IN THIS CABIN.
Check-In:
*3 pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin
Check-Out:
*10 am - Please follow our checkout guidelines.

*On During: October 1st - April 1st
Common Concerns:
*Road Conditions: Some of our cabins are on steep, narrow, curvy, mountain roads. If you are concerned about road conditions to get to a cabin, please feel free to ask us! None of our cabins requires a 4-wheel drive under normal weather conditions, but some do in inclement weather.
*TV & WiFi: We do have TVs and WiFi in most of our cabins. There are times when heavy cloud cover, weather systems, mountains, or trees will cause problems with the signals. We always want our guests to have the comforts they want on vacation, but there are times we cannot control this problem.
*Pests & Wildlife: Here in the Smoky Mountains, we have lots of native bugs and wildlife. All of our cabins are treated for pests, but there are times you will find bugs or even have trouble with bugs. Please let us know if they are causing trouble; we will handle it as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please never feed, taunt, or approach any wildlife. This is their home, and we are the visitors.
Cancellation Policy:
*$50 cancellation fee
*Before 30 days - you will get all of your money back (-$50)
*Within 30 days - whatever dates we can rebook, this is the amount that we will refund (-$50). Example: if you had 5 nights & we rebooked 4 nights = you will be refunded 4 night+tax+cleaning fee

We had a lovely time in the Heavenly View cabin. The views were wonderful and we enjoyed our getaway. Location was good and the cabin had everything we needed. Being able to swim in the pool was a bonus. Really nice hot tub!

Hills to cabin a little scary, but the view made it all worth it. Loved the view and the cabin. Family had a blast. Would definitely stay again. Really like Townsend area.

This was a great cabin for us and our two small boys. They were able to play on the back porch and enjoy the view. The hot tub was nice, the color changing lights inside it was a cool touch. We brought some dishes to cook with but there were more than enough at the cabin. My only complaint would be the pillows on the downstairs bed, they were pretty lumpy and hard on the neck, I took one from the upstairs bedroom and my husband didn’t use one at all.

We enjoyed the cabin. It was a nice little quaint cabin in the mountains. We only had a problem with the firewood that was delivered was wet. It didn’t burn well at all. We would love to book it again. Townsend was as they say the peaceful side of the mountain.
