Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-ins or outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day
NO PETS ALLOWED OF ANY KIND; IN THIS CABIN.
Check-In:
*3 pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin
Check-Out:
*10 am - Please follow our checkout guidelines.

*On During: October 1st - April 1st
Common Concerns:
*Road Conditions: Some of our cabins are on steep, narrow, curvy, mountain roads. If you are concerned about road conditions to get to a cabin, please feel free to ask us! None of our cabins requires a 4-wheel drive under normal weather conditions, but some do in inclement weather.
*TV & WiFi: We do have TVs and WiFi in most of our cabins. There are times when heavy cloud cover, weather systems, mountains, or trees will cause problems with the signals. We always want our guests to have the comforts they want on vacation, but there are times we cannot control this problem.
*Pests & Wildlife: Here in the Smoky Mountains, we have lots of native bugs and wildlife. All of our cabins are treated for pests, but there are times you will find bugs or even have trouble with bugs. Please let us know if they are causing trouble; we will handle it as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please never feed, taunt, or approach any wildlife. This is their home, and we are the visitors.
Cancellation Policy:
*$50 cancellation fee
*Before 30 days - you will get all of your money back (-$50)
*Within 30 days - whatever dates we can rebook, this is the amount that we will refund (-$50). Example: if you had 5 nights & we rebooked 4 nights = you will be refunded 4 night+tax+cleaning fee

The cabin was very nice inside. Perfect for a couple. There is a gas fireplace which was very nice to sit by and the bed was very comfortable. It wasn't hard to find at all. Although we didn't get to use the hot tub outside, the shower and jacuzzi tub was wonderful. I'll definitely recommend this to my friends. I only stayed two nights there, but I could've stayed weeks!

The cabin was gorgeous and the location was very private and relaxing. Everyone my wife and I spoke to were very kind and we felt good about being in a private community that was monitored. The fireplace needed attention, or instructions because it appeared to be broken and the glass door fell off as I was trying to light it, but fortunately I caught it. Just trying to set the mood, but wasn’t necessary seeing the weather was beautiful! A screw was lying in plain sight that went to the door of the fireplace where the glass fell so I fixed it. Felt like the floor could have been cleaned a little better as well, but I realize this is a very busy time of the year and things get missed. Overall, it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had and plan to stay in one of these cabins again! Would recommend to anyone!
