Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-ins or outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day
NO PETS ALLOWED OF ANY KIND; IN THIS CABIN.
Check-In:
*3 pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin
Check-Out:
*10 am - Please follow our checkout guidelines.

*On During: October 1st - April 1st
Common Concerns:
*Road Conditions: Some of our cabins are on steep, narrow, curvy, mountain roads. If you are concerned about road conditions to get to a cabin, please feel free to ask us! None of our cabins requires a 4-wheel drive under normal weather conditions, but some do in inclement weather.
*TV & WiFi: We do have TVs and WiFi in most of our cabins. There are times when heavy cloud cover, weather systems, mountains, or trees will cause problems with the signals. We always want our guests to have the comforts they want on vacation, but there are times we cannot control this problem.
*Pests & Wildlife: Here in the Smoky Mountains, we have lots of native bugs and wildlife. All of our cabins are treated for pests, but there are times you will find bugs or even have trouble with bugs. Please let us know if they are causing trouble; we will handle it as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please never feed, taunt, or approach any wildlife. This is their home, and we are the visitors.
Cancellation Policy:
*$50 cancellation fee
*Before 30 days - you will get all of your money back (-$50)
*Within 30 days - whatever dates we can rebook, this is the amount that we will refund (-$50). Example: if you had 5 nights & we rebooked 4 nights = you will be refunded 4 night+tax+cleaning fee

We celebrated our 27th anniversary in our little weekend away. We loved the cabin! It was perfect for what we needed. It was small but we didn't need anything more. The hot tub was perfect after a day of exploring the beautiful smokey mountains.
We loved being away from the busy towns but we were within 30-45 minutes of everything.

A very nice cozy, quaint, and comfortable cabin. Just perfect for the two of us. It was easy to find, and we liked the location in Townsend, away from the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge, but with easy access to the Park and Cades Cove. We would definitely return!

The cabin was super clean and private. We loved the cozy feel. The view from the porch was nice and quiet and the hot tub was clean and hot. The jacuzzi tub was difficult to get warm so that didn’t get used. The neigbors were really friendly and helpful. The maintenance guy was super nice when we got locked out because we forgot the code! Overall it was a great experience and we would go back again.
