Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-ins or outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day
NO PETS ALLOWED OF ANY KIND; IN THIS CABIN.
Check-In:
*3 pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin
Check-Out:
*10 am - Please follow our checkout guidelines.
Fireplaces:
*On During: October 1st - April 1st
Common Concerns:
*Road Conditions: Some of our cabins are on steep, narrow, curvy, mountain roads. If you are concerned about road conditions to get to a cabin, please feel free to ask us! None of our cabins requires a 4-wheel drive under normal weather conditions, but some do in inclement weather.
*TV & WiFi: We do have TVs and WiFi in most of our cabins. There are times when heavy cloud cover, weather systems, mountains, or trees will cause problems with the signals. We always want our guests to have the comforts they want on vacation, but there are times we cannot control this problem.
*Pests & Wildlife: Here in the Smoky Mountains, we have lots of native bugs and wildlife. All of our cabins are treated for pests, but there are times you will find bugs or even have trouble with bugs. Please let us know if they are causing trouble; we will handle it as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please never feed, taunt, or approach any wildlife. This is their home, and we are the visitors.
Cancellation Policy:
*$50 cancellation fee
*Before 30 days - you will get all of your money back (-$50)
*Within 30 days - whatever dates we can rebook, this is the amount that we will refund (-$50). Example: if you had 5 nights & we rebooked 4 nights = you will be refunded 4 night+tax+cleaning fee

What an unforgettable weekend in an absolutely perfect cabin! Townsend has become very special to myself and my now fiancé! My boyfriend and I were in need of a relaxing, cozy weekend away, and Townsend exceeded those expectations. We went to Cades Cove, saw five bears, and found a cut-off where I was then asked to become a wife! We loved the Peddler in Gatlinburg for a nice dinner and Company Distilling for some cornhole and local beer! We didn't get to do any hiking this trip but recommend Tuckaleechee Caverns for rainy days. Knotty Pine will forever hold a special place on our hearts as well as Townsend, TN. We will be back. Thank you!!

We really enjoyed our stay in your cozy cabin. I pretended it was mine for 2 days! Haven't seen rain in several weeks. There was a BIG storm today! Loved sitting out on the deck and listening to it. Plan on coming back again sometime.

My husband and I loved our stay @ this cozy cabin. It was a perfect "honeymoon re-do" since I got sick on our trip to Antigua LOL! We went hiking, shopping, white water rafting, & explored Anakeesta Park! Spruce Falls was so beautiful and worth the hike! We enjoyed our hot tub and bathtub after our long adventurous days! Can't wait to come back again!

We so needed this cabin's peace and quiet. The cabin is welcoming and beautiful. It's the perfect size for a long weekend respite. We leave here recharged and happy hearts. We enjoyed a fabulous meal at the Appalachia Bistro, but otherwise stayed in and rested, enjoying the quiet. We booked again for our anniversary in Oct.

The cabin was the perfect getaway from our elopement! We had so much fun here and it was a much-needed week away from reality. It is so peaceful here but still close to all the fun activities. We went white water rafting, ziplining, cave exploring, horseback riding, and so much more! TN holds a special place in our hearts and we will definitely be coming back!
