Common Concerns:

*TV & WiFi: We do have TV's and WiFi in most of our cabins. There are times when heavy cloud cover, weather systems, mountains, or trees will cause problems with the signals. We always want our guests to have the comforts they want on vacation, but there are times we cannot control this problem.
*Pests & Wildlife: Here in the Smoky Mountains, we have lots of native bugs and wildlife. All of our cabins are treated for pests, but there are times you will find bugs or even have trouble with bugs. Please let us know if they are causing trouble; we will handle it as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please never feed, taunt, or approach any wildlife. This is their home, and we are the visitors.

We loved our stay at the Lodge! With a group of 10 adults it was the perfect size for everyone to have their own space as well as a big enough dining and living area for everyone to gather together. The upper and lower decks and patio have a wonderful view of the mountains, and we even had a safe and friendly visit from a black bear! The kitchen is well stocked and everything was clean. I would definitely recommend this place to others!

We had an amazing time at The Lodge! We were married in cades cove then had our wedding reception back at the cabin. The mountain view was breathtaking and we had plenty of room for everyone!!!! We saw a bear everyday of our stay so that was an added treat! It’s only an hour ride to Gatlinburg through the mountains (beautiful ride). But if you choose to stay in Townsend there is so much to do and see. Overall we highly recommend this cabin!

Great place for a large group. Outside fire area and deck were wonderful. Large dining area great for cooking/eating in. Very nice location near river, mountains and roads for biking

We had an awesome time! There was plenty of space for everyone, and even more outdoor area with the covered porch as detached grilling porch. Watching the mist rise off the mountains in the AM was a soothing way to ease into the day, but the highlight was the visit from a young bear on the patio! Just a reminder that WE were the GUESTS in HIS HOME!

Wonderful cabin. There were 11 of us and we had plenty of room.

The cabin easily accommodated our children and grand children. Kids loved the game room and fire pit. BBQ grill came in handy for feeding our group of 22. Fire pit was perfect for the S’mores and hanging out. Air conditioner kept us cool st night and helped with rest and relaxation. Hit tub came in handy after an all day outing to Dollywood.

We used the lodge for an extended family trip and it was a great place to stay. With four family units, we were able to each have a room with enough beds for us all with some to spare. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with almost all the dishes and cookware a group would need. The driveway/road to the lodge is very steep, so use caution during colder months, but you get a good view.
