Step into the large, comfy living room, where oversized windows and sliding glass doors frame the beautiful scenery outside. On chilly mountain evenings, you can curl up by the seasonal gas fireplace and watch the shadows dance across the trees.

- Master Suite: Features a luxurious King-size bed, a flat-screen TV, ample storage in the dresser and closet, and the added privacy of an ensuite half-bathroom.
- Second Bedroom: Perfect for families, this room offers a Queen-size bed and a Twin bed, plus its own flat-screen TV and plenty of closet space.

- No Pets: Absolutely no pets of any kind are allowed at Owl’s Roost.

Check-In:
*3 pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin
Check-Out:
*10 am - Please follow our checkout guidelines.

Common Concerns:
*Road Conditions: Some of our cabins are on steep, narrow, curvy, mountain roads. If you are concerned about road conditions to get to a cabin, please feel free to ask us! None of our cabins requires a 4-wheel drive under normal weather conditions, but some do in inclement weather.
*TV & WiFi: We do have TVs and WiFi in most of our cabins. There are times when heavy cloud cover, weather systems, mountains, or trees will cause problems with the signals. We always want our guests to have the comforts they want on vacation, but there are times we cannot control this problem.
*Pests & Wildlife: Here in the Smoky Mountains, we have lots of native bugs and wildlife. All of our cabins are treated for pests, but there are times you will find bugs or even have trouble with bugs. Please let us know if they are causing trouble; we will handle it as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please never feed, taunt, or approach any wildlife. This is their home, and we are the visitors.

*$50 cancellation fee
*Before 30 days - you will get all of your money back (-$50)
*Within 30 days - whatever dates we can rebook, this is the amount that we will refund (-$50). Example: if you had 5 nights & we rebooked 4 nights = you will be refunded 4 night+tax+cleaning fee

The most beautiful cabin, nature, mountains, trails, amenities such as the pool and hot tub with the most gorgeous views ever! Loved the game room and the trail. Great proximity to so many fun things to do, we were busy with great times every day! Gatlinburg with Anakeesta, Sky Bridge, Ripley's Aquarium. Then Pigeon Forge direction with Five Adventures Park Ziplining and horse back riding. And the Tuckaleechee Caverns were so wondrous! We brought our daughter for Senior Spring Break and made beautiful memories. Thank you! Constructive feedback: we could not control the temperature in the hot tub at Owls Roost.

The cabin was such a nice getaway in a great location. We were a little disappointed that our original cabin was no longer available but the amenities, cleanliness and coziness of this cabin definitely made up for it. The beds and pillows were so comfy. The kitchen had everything a person who loves to cook could ask for and the porch was the perfect place to relax with a cup of coffee. We enjoyed the fire pit at night and a long soak in the hot tub. We will definitely be returning in the near future, this place definitely feels like home more than a vacation rental. Thank you for the hospitality and thoughtfulness that went into making this place so great.
