Step into the large, comfy living room, where oversized windows and sliding glass doors frame the beautiful scenery outside. On chilly mountain evenings, you can curl up by the seasonal gas fireplace and watch the shadows dance across the trees.

- Master Suite: Features a luxurious King-size bed, a flat-screen TV, ample storage in the dresser and closet, and the added privacy of an ensuite half-bathroom.
- Second Bedroom: Perfect for families, this room offers a Queen-size bed and a Twin bed, plus its own flat-screen TV and plenty of closet space.

- Holiday Schedule: Out of respect for our staff, we do not allow check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day.
- No Pets: Absolutely no pets of any kind are allowed at Owl’s Roost.

NO PETS ALLOWED OF ANY KIND; IN THIS CABIN.
Check-In:
*3 pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin
Check-Out:
*10 am - Please follow our checkout guidelines.

*On During: October 1st - April 1st
Common Concerns:
*Road Conditions: Some of our cabins are on steep, narrow, curvy, mountain roads. If you are concerned about road conditions to get to a cabin, please feel free to ask us! None of our cabins requires a 4-wheel drive under normal weather conditions, but some do in inclement weather.
*TV & WiFi: We do have TVs and WiFi in most of our cabins. There are times when heavy cloud cover, weather systems, mountains, or trees will cause problems with the signals. We always want our guests to have the comforts they want on vacation, but there are times we cannot control this problem.
*Pests & Wildlife: Here in the Smoky Mountains, we have lots of native bugs and wildlife. All of our cabins are treated for pests, but there are times you will find bugs or even have trouble with bugs. Please let us know if they are causing trouble; we will handle it as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please never feed, taunt, or approach any wildlife. This is their home, and we are the visitors.
Cancellation Policy:
*$50 cancellation fee
*Before 30 days - you will get all of your money back (-$50)
*Within 30 days - whatever dates we can rebook, this is the amount that we will refund (-$50). Example: if you had 5 nights & we rebooked 4 nights = you will be refunded 4 night+tax+cleaning fee

The cabin was awesome. I saw a bear cub knock over the bar-b-que grill and after he ran off I picked it back up, Unfortunately I could not get to my camera quick enough to take his picture. I was able to completely relax and I will return

We absolutely loved The Owls Roost!! Everything was AMAZING! We loved the decor. The owners have thought of everything their guest would need. The porch and hot tub were a definite favorite. We plan on staying again next year. We will definitely tell our friends and family this is the place to stay if visiting the smokes. I had seen previous reviews saying the water had a smell to it, the water did not have any smell at all. Thank you for providing a perfect place to stay for our trip!!!

The cabin is nestled up a hill and at the end of a road. On three sides of the house and balcony, your view is trees and mountains. The house itself is cozy and comfortable. You feel like you are home as soon as you walk inside.
I am looking forward to staying here on our next trip to the Smokies.
