Step into the large, comfy living room, where oversized windows and sliding glass doors frame the beautiful scenery outside. On chilly mountain evenings, you can curl up by the seasonal gas fireplace and watch the shadows dance across the trees.
Restful Retreats
- Master Suite: Features a luxurious King-size bed, a flat-screen TV, ample storage in the dresser and closet, and the added privacy of an ensuite half-bathroom.
- Second Bedroom: Perfect for families, this room offers a Queen-size bed and a Twin bed, plus its own flat-screen TV and plenty of closet space.

- Holiday Schedule: Out of respect for our staff, we do not allow check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day.
- No Pets: Absolutely no pets of any kind are allowed at Owl’s Roost.

NO PETS ALLOWED OF ANY KIND; IN THIS CABIN.
Check-In:
*3 pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin
Check-Out:
*10 am - Please follow our checkout guidelines.

*On During: October 1st - April 1st
Common Concerns:
*Road Conditions: Some of our cabins are on steep, narrow, curvy, mountain roads. If you are concerned about road conditions to get to a cabin, please feel free to ask us! None of our cabins requires a 4-wheel drive under normal weather conditions, but some do in inclement weather.
*TV & WiFi: We do have TVs and WiFi in most of our cabins. There are times when heavy cloud cover, weather systems, mountains, or trees will cause problems with the signals. We always want our guests to have the comforts they want on vacation, but there are times we cannot control this problem.
*Pests & Wildlife: Here in the Smoky Mountains, we have lots of native bugs and wildlife. All of our cabins are treated for pests, but there are times you will find bugs or even have trouble with bugs. Please let us know if they are causing trouble; we will handle it as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please never feed, taunt, or approach any wildlife. This is their home, and we are the visitors.
Cancellation Policy:
*$50 cancellation fee
*Before 30 days - you will get all of your money back (-$50)
*Within 30 days - whatever dates we can rebook, this is the amount that we will refund (-$50). Example: if you had 5 nights & we rebooked 4 nights = you will be refunded 4 night+tax+cleaning fee

We have stayed in several cabins with smoky cabins over the last few years and loved each one of them. This cabin is by far our favorite. Was wonderful to see all the new appliances and the new gazebo built over the grill !!! We seen the neighborhood bear last March but did not see him this year, we did have snow so maybe he was sleeping in. We are already picking our dates for our next stay in Owls Roost!

We enjoyed the perfect Christmas thanks to Owls Roost. The decorations were beautifully done and made the perfect setting for opening gifts. The fully stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the kids loved the hot tub, fire pit, and fast internet. Loved the location and easy access, and the screened in porch makes it especially unique. Thanks for helping our Christmas dreams come true by offering this clean, affordable place on the quiet side of the Smokies.

This cabin was perfect. My guys getaway weekend had fallen apart and I had a buddy coming in from out of town so I was scrambling foe a place to get away and de-stress. Cathy was awesome to work with. The cabin was perfect, secluded. Beautiful wrap around porch with rocking chairs left me rejuvenated. The hot tub was a nice touch. Water could have been warmer but it was still relaxing. Charcoal grill and fire pit were great. Cabin was clean and spacious. I plan to come back with my family. It was great to catch up with an old friend.
