We love this cabin

Absolutely loved the outdoor area of this cottage! Morning coffee on the deck was so peaceful. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to cook and prep your meals! The owner has even invested in good pots and pans! The owner has been working on updating it inside but still needs to be finished updating. The value for the price is very worth it.

We thouroughly enjoyed our stay at the Owls Roost. The morning time on the screened in porch was so peaceful. The hot tub was something to look forward to after a day of hiking at the park or golfing at the areas golf courses. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. But best of all was the cabins proximity to the national park. We look forward to staying again.

Ashley James (Lawndale, NC)
Wonderful cabin! The one issue we had was fixed quickly. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!
Susan Schauer (Jamestown, ND)
The cabin was the perfect fit for our family! The huge screened in porch slowed is to enjoy breakfast with the birds. The deck and fire pit area were more than enough to allow others vacationing with us to leave the crowded campground and relax at the end of the secluded road. We appreciated the quality of everything from the pots and pans to the bedding and furniture. We will most definitely book this same cabin again!
Karen Eagle (Norris, TN)
The outdoor living spaces are fantastic. The bird life is excellent--included pileated woodpeckers and Chuck will's widow! The cabin is well furnished. The airflow in the bedrooms is somewhat inadequate (got really stuffy overnight). We'd definitely rent it again.

We had a wonderful visit to Owls Roost! When we arrived, it was spotless and well supplied. Towels were plentiful and we had every kitchen utensil we could have needed. Beds were extremely comfortable. The screened-in porch offered a wonderful place to enjoy early morning coffee and late afternoon quiet. On our last evening, a bear came to visit. The location of the home made it so easy to get out and about quickly. It was a great visit, not long enough, but we will keep Owls Roost in mind when we stay in Townsend again.
