Road Conditions: Please be aware that Pipers Place is located up a steep road.
- A 4-wheel drive vehicle may be required at all times of the year due to wet roads.
- The cabin may be inaccessible by non-4WD vehicles during icy, snowy, or exceptionally wet conditions.

Cleanliness is our top priority, and we take pride in providing a wonderful cabin at a great price. Your stay includes:
- Fresh sheets and towels.
- A starter supply of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and trash bags.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-ins or outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day
NO PETS ALLOWED OF ANY KIND; IN THIS CABIN.
Check-In:
*3 pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin
Check-Out:
*10 am - Please follow our checkout guidelines.

*On During: October 1st - April 1st
Common Concerns:
*Road Conditions: Some of our cabins are on steep, narrow, curvy, mountain roads. If you are concerned about road conditions to get to a cabin, please feel free to ask us! None of our cabins requires a 4-wheel drive under normal weather conditions, but some do in inclement weather.
*TV & WiFi: We do have TVs and WiFi in most of our cabins. There are times when heavy cloud cover, weather systems, mountains, or trees will cause problems with the signals. We always want our guests to have the comforts they want on vacation, but there are times we cannot control this problem.
*Pests & Wildlife: Here in the Smoky Mountains, we have lots of native bugs and wildlife. All of our cabins are treated for pests, but there are times you will find bugs or even have trouble with bugs. Please let us know if they are causing trouble; we will handle it as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please never feed, taunt, or approach any wildlife. This is their home, and we are the visitors.
Cancellation Policy:
*$50 cancellation fee
*Before 30 days - you will get all of your money back (-$50)
*Within 30 days - whatever dates we can rebook, this is the amount that we will refund (-$50). Example: if you had 5 nights & we rebooked 4 nights = you will be refunded 4 night+tax+cleaning fee

Absolutely wonderful cabin for a weekend getaway. After reading the reviews, we decided that we would take all our food, coffee, filters etc. so we would not have to come down off of the steep hill. We have a four-wheel drive truck but we did not need to put it in four-wheel drive to make it up the hill. The open floor plan of the cabin felt spacious, lots of light from the windows and tastefully decorated. The bed was a little soft for my taste but still we slept well. The privacy of the jacuzzi was perfect. The shower is like the photo shows but at 6'2 I could manage. Very clean upon arrival. The directions to the cabin made it easy to find. We'll be back.

It is a great cabin and the perfect size for a couple. We loved sitting on the porch swing and relaxing. The fireplace was great too. The bed and sofa were very comfortable. The kitchen was small but had everything that we needed. We were in a Jeep Wrangler so we had no problems with the drive up but it might be rough in bad weather without 4 wheel drive.
