Road Conditions: Please be aware that Pipers Place is located up a steep road.
- A 4-wheel drive vehicle may be required at all times of the year due to wet roads.
- The cabin may be inaccessible by non-4WD vehicles during icy, snowy, or exceptionally wet conditions.

Cleanliness is our top priority, and we take pride in providing a wonderful cabin at a great price. Your stay includes:
- Fresh sheets and towels.
- A starter supply of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and trash bags.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-ins or outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day
NO PETS ALLOWED OF ANY KIND; IN THIS CABIN.
Check-In:
*3 pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin
Check-Out:
*10 am - Please follow our checkout guidelines.

*On During: October 1st - April 1st
Common Concerns:
*Road Conditions: Some of our cabins are on steep, narrow, curvy, mountain roads. If you are concerned about road conditions to get to a cabin, please feel free to ask us! None of our cabins requires a 4-wheel drive under normal weather conditions, but some do in inclement weather.
*TV & WiFi: We do have TVs and WiFi in most of our cabins. There are times when heavy cloud cover, weather systems, mountains, or trees will cause problems with the signals. We always want our guests to have the comforts they want on vacation, but there are times we cannot control this problem.
*Pests & Wildlife: Here in the Smoky Mountains, we have lots of native bugs and wildlife. All of our cabins are treated for pests, but there are times you will find bugs or even have trouble with bugs. Please let us know if they are causing trouble; we will handle it as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please never feed, taunt, or approach any wildlife. This is their home, and we are the visitors.
Cancellation Policy:
*$50 cancellation fee
*Before 30 days - you will get all of your money back (-$50)
*Within 30 days - whatever dates we can rebook, this is the amount that we will refund (-$50). Example: if you had 5 nights & we rebooked 4 nights = you will be refunded 4 night+tax+cleaning fee

The cabin was perfect for my husband and I, and it had everything we needed in it. Also, it is only a short drive to Cades Cove. The view from the porch was beautiful, and although there are other cabins close by, it still felt secluded.

Loved it! Very relaxing. Had a grill, a hot tub, and a bed! Yes it had everything else too, but I only needed those three, lol. Yes the drive up was a bit crazy, but that was the fun of it. We are in the mountains! After two trips up and down it was easy peasy. Tons of stuff to do.... must drive the foot hills and maybe the dragon’s tail(318 curves in 11 miles, it’s crazy but it’s cool) must go to tuckaleechee caverns and the lost sea( very very cool). Lots of great little places to eat at too, but be mindful that most close at 8-9pm. We found ourselves getting back late and searching for open places.

What a great weekend! The Cabin was perfect for my new Fiancee and I. It had everything we needed to cook at the cabin this weekend and the everything was neat and tidy. The drive is steep like they say in the description but, that is to be expected for a cabin in the mountains! I can't wait to come back for another weekend!!!
