Road Conditions: Please be aware that Pipers Place is located up a steep road.
- A 4-wheel drive vehicle may be required at all times of the year due to wet roads.
- The cabin may be inaccessible by non-4WD vehicles during icy, snowy, or exceptionally wet conditions.

Cleanliness is our top priority, and we take pride in providing a wonderful cabin at a great price. Your stay includes:
- Fresh sheets and towels.
- A starter supply of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and trash bags.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-ins or outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day
NO PETS ALLOWED OF ANY KIND; IN THIS CABIN.
Check-In:
*3 pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin
Check-Out:
*10 am - Please follow our checkout guidelines.

*On During: October 1st - April 1st
Common Concerns:
*Road Conditions: Some of our cabins are on steep, narrow, curvy, mountain roads. If you are concerned about road conditions to get to a cabin, please feel free to ask us! None of our cabins requires a 4-wheel drive under normal weather conditions, but some do in inclement weather.
*TV & WiFi: We do have TVs and WiFi in most of our cabins. There are times when heavy cloud cover, weather systems, mountains, or trees will cause problems with the signals. We always want our guests to have the comforts they want on vacation, but there are times we cannot control this problem.
*Pests & Wildlife: Here in the Smoky Mountains, we have lots of native bugs and wildlife. All of our cabins are treated for pests, but there are times you will find bugs or even have trouble with bugs. Please let us know if they are causing trouble; we will handle it as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please never feed, taunt, or approach any wildlife. This is their home, and we are the visitors.
Cancellation Policy:
*$50 cancellation fee
*Before 30 days - you will get all of your money back (-$50)
*Within 30 days - whatever dates we can rebook, this is the amount that we will refund (-$50). Example: if you had 5 nights & we rebooked 4 nights = you will be refunded 4 night+tax+cleaning fee

I think the value was good for the cabin. The drive up to the cabin was a bit precarious. The cabin was comfortable and decorated nicely. The view isn’t great, but it was nice to sit out on the swing and enjoy the woods. The bed was comfortable and so was the reclining sofa. Shower is small and door leaks water out on the floor.

We have never stayed on this side of the Smokies and generally stay only in hotels. We LOVED this location and cabin! Piper's Place was perfect for the two of us and we'd love to return in late fall or early winter for another visit. We had a much-needed and wonderfully relaxing time.

We fell in love with Piper’s Place and The Smoky Mountains and plan to come back often, even later this year and hopefully with our boys. The town is quiet with just enough to do and the perfect scenery. We wouldn’t want to vacation anywhere else in TN!
The cabin was beautifully decorated, fully stocked with all needs, including seasonings and coffee filters! Plenty of towels provided. We loved the jacuzzi tub and the giant bed. We slept so soundly. The tin roof was magical when it rained. This cabin is so romantic and wonderful, I can’t give it enough praise. I loved the rocking chairs outside and the swing. The view is gorgeous! It’s quiet and safe feeling. You won’t regret your stay here!
Tip: if you have it, drive a four wheel drive vehicle. We had to back up the last two steep hills up to the cabin! We just spun in place going forward with our FWD.

Very Nice Cabin, nice hot tub.
Drive way is really steep. My wife and I are both disabled and had a hard time getting in and out. We asked about steps but did not think about about driveway. But it was worth the effort.

Spectacular! We really felt at home here and the place was spic and span clean! I will caution that the parking is on an incline so make sure you have at least a quarter tank of gas otherwise it won't reach your lines... Smoky Cabins was kind enough to send up a full jug of gas when we realized we couldn't start the truck the morning after we got there. Great cabin and great customer service! Thank you
