Road Conditions: Please be aware that Pipers Place is located up a steep road.
- A 4-wheel drive vehicle may be required at all times of the year due to wet roads.
- The cabin may be inaccessible by non-4WD vehicles during icy, snowy, or exceptionally wet conditions.

Cleanliness is our top priority, and we take pride in providing a wonderful cabin at a great price. Your stay includes:
- Fresh sheets and towels.
- A starter supply of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and trash bags.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-ins or outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day
NO PETS ALLOWED OF ANY KIND; IN THIS CABIN.
Check-In:
*3 pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin
Check-Out:
*10 am - Please follow our checkout guidelines.

*On During: October 1st - April 1st
Common Concerns:
*Road Conditions: Some of our cabins are on steep, narrow, curvy, mountain roads. If you are concerned about road conditions to get to a cabin, please feel free to ask us! None of our cabins requires a 4-wheel drive under normal weather conditions, but some do in inclement weather.
*TV & WiFi: We do have TVs and WiFi in most of our cabins. There are times when heavy cloud cover, weather systems, mountains, or trees will cause problems with the signals. We always want our guests to have the comforts they want on vacation, but there are times we cannot control this problem.
*Pests & Wildlife: Here in the Smoky Mountains, we have lots of native bugs and wildlife. All of our cabins are treated for pests, but there are times you will find bugs or even have trouble with bugs. Please let us know if they are causing trouble; we will handle it as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please never feed, taunt, or approach any wildlife. This is their home, and we are the visitors.
Cancellation Policy:
*$50 cancellation fee
*Before 30 days - you will get all of your money back (-$50)
*Within 30 days - whatever dates we can rebook, this is the amount that we will refund (-$50). Example: if you had 5 nights & we rebooked 4 nights = you will be refunded 4 night+tax+cleaning fee

Cutest little cabin! It was perfect for our 30th anniversary getaway! The view and privacy were great! The driveway and the drive up took a little getting used to, but my husband put my Rav 4 in sport mode and handled it like a champ! Highly recommend this adorable little getaway!

The cabin was absolutely beautiful. It had everything we needed for a peaceful getaway for our anniversary. The drive to the cabin had a few steep spots that if it had rained would have made it difficult to get to without four wheel drive. This was our second time staying with Smoky Cabins and will definitely be back again.

Beautiful and mostly private studio cabin halfway up the mountain. The road to the cabins and driveways are a bit scary but it's worth it once you get there. The cabin was very clean and at a comfortable temperature when we arrived. All in all a great place that's located on the quiet side of park and very close to the park and Cades Cove.

Great cabin, very secluded. We totally enjoyed our time while we stayed at Pipers Place. Be aware that it is up a very steep hill, but worth it once you overcome the drive to the cabin.

We always book our stays with Smokey Cabins but this was the first time staying in Pipers Place. The cabin was nice and clean. There were a few issues with the parking because it is a VERY Steep driveway. Will book with Smokey Cabins again just not this cabin again.

Great experience! The location of the cabin was perfect. Overall, we loved our stay. There were a few things that we wish were better and that is why we gave it a 4/5, but really we would say 4.5/5. We were glad we brought my SUV and not my husband's sedan!
