Welcome to Knotty Pine, a cozy studio cabin built for two. This cabin was totally renovated in January 2024 with all new cabinetry, tiled shower, stand alone bathtub & furnishings.
This studio is set up just for couples. From the gas burning fireplace to the hot tub for two, this cabin has been designed for your comfort and enjoyment.
Don't be fooled, the small but fully equipped kitchen is just the right size to cook up your honey that special occasion dinner. The King sized bed and tiled shower are both welcoming and relaxing.
Knotty Pine is located in the Timberwinds Resort which offers privacy but some additional amenities. There is a seasonal community swimming pool and covered pavillion for you to enjoy.
IMPORTANT: Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check in or outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day
NO PETS ALLOWED OF ANY KIND, IN THIS CABIN.
Check-In:
*3pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin
Check-Out:
*10am - Please follow our check out guidelines.
Fireplaces:
*On During: October 1st - April 1st
Common Concerns:
*Road Conditions: Some of our cabins are on steep, narrow, curvy, mountain roads. If you are concerned about road conditions to get to a cabin, please feel free to ask us! None of our cabins require a 4 wheel drive under normal weather conditions but some do in inclement weather.
*TV & WiFi: We do have TV's and WiFi in most all of our cabins. There are times when heavy cloud cover, weather systems, mountains, or trees will cause problems with the signals. We always want our guests to have the comforts they want on vacation, but there are times we cannot control this problem.
*Pests & Wildlife: Here in the Smoky Mountains, we have lots of native bugs and wildlife. All of our cabins are treated for pests, but there are times you will find bugs or even have trouble with bugs. Please let us know if they are causing trouble, we will handle it as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please never feed, taunt or approach any wildlife. This is their home and we are the visitors.
Cancellation Policy:
*$50 cancellation fee
*Before 30 days - you will get all of your money back (-$50)
*Within 30 days - whatever dates we can rebook, this is the amount that we will refund back (-$50). Example: if you had 5 nights & we rebooked 4 nights = you will be refunded 4 night+tax+cleaning fee

We LOVED our stay at Knotty Pine. What an adorable, very clean and beautifully decorated cabin! We enjoyed the ease of turning on the fireplace. It was perfect for late nights & cool mornings. Knotty Pine is the perfect getaway for two. This is our 2nd time staying with SmokyCabins and we plan to return next year too! -

This cabin is so nice. Perfect for 2 people. The bed is very comfy. We always enjoy our time in the mountains. And we have booked with Cathy and Keith many times. They are the best. -

Cathy’s place was even better than described! So clean (spotless!) and well stocked with anything we could have thought of. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone and hope to book again in the future! Review was placed on Airbnb website with 5 stars in all areas. -
