Step into the large, comfy living room, where oversized windows and sliding glass doors frame the beautiful scenery outside. On chilly mountain evenings, you can curl up by the seasonal gas fireplace and watch the shadows dance across the trees.

- Master Suite: Features a luxurious King-size bed, a flat-screen TV, ample storage in the dresser and closet, and the added privacy of an ensuite half-bathroom.
- Second Bedroom: Perfect for families, this room offers a Queen-size bed and a Twin bed, plus its own flat-screen TV and plenty of closet space.

- Holiday Schedule: Out of respect for our staff, we do not allow check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day.
- No Pets: Absolutely no pets of any kind are allowed at Owl’s Roost.

NO PETS ALLOWED OF ANY KIND; IN THIS CABIN.
Check-In:
*3 pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin
Check-Out:
*10 am - Please follow our checkout guidelines.

*On During: October 1st - April 1st
Common Concerns:
*Road Conditions: Some of our cabins are on steep, narrow, curvy, mountain roads. If you are concerned about road conditions to get to a cabin, please feel free to ask us! None of our cabins requires a 4-wheel drive under normal weather conditions, but some do in inclement weather.
*TV & WiFi: We do have TVs and WiFi in most of our cabins. There are times when heavy cloud cover, weather systems, mountains, or trees will cause problems with the signals. We always want our guests to have the comforts they want on vacation, but there are times we cannot control this problem.
*Pests & Wildlife: Here in the Smoky Mountains, we have lots of native bugs and wildlife. All of our cabins are treated for pests, but there are times you will find bugs or even have trouble with bugs. Please let us know if they are causing trouble; we will handle it as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please never feed, taunt, or approach any wildlife. This is their home, and we are the visitors.
Cancellation Policy:
*$50 cancellation fee
*Before 30 days - you will get all of your money back (-$50)
*Within 30 days - whatever dates we can rebook, this is the amount that we will refund (-$50). Example: if you had 5 nights & we rebooked 4 nights = you will be refunded 4 night+tax+cleaning fee

Great stay for a quick, spur of the moment getaway for me and my wife. This is our third time in this cabin. My wife and I stay here when we come to the mountains1-3 times a year, because it is so close to Cade’s Cove and it is ALWAYS clean (this is HUGE for my wife and me). The fire pit and hot tub are nice, but our favorite feature the cabin BY FAR (other than the cleanliness) is the screened in wrap around porch/deck! It is nice to be able to sit outside and just relax in the swing or a rocking chair without the concern of bugs. It also give my wife a little “false” sense of security from the forest animals.

Excellent cabin. Plenty of space, very comfortable and very clean. The screened in porch is lovely to sit out and listen to the outdoors. It is a very quiet area and very peaceful. We used the firepit which was so peaceful at night. The gas burning fireplace was a welcome on the chilly nights! The campground is below and it's fun to take a walk through the area at night and see everyone having a great time. Overall a great experience. We've used Smoky Cabins for about 17 years and have always had a great experience.
