- Main Floor: A spacious King bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and Smart TV.
- Upper Level: Two additional private King bedrooms, each featuring its own ensuite bathroom (one includes a Smart TV).
- Modern Baths: All three full bathrooms are designed with sleek stand-up showers (please note: there are no bathtubs in this home).

Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-ins or outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day
NO PETS ALLOWED OF ANY KIND; IN THIS CABIN.
Check-In:
*3 pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin
Check-Out:
*10 am - Please follow our checkout guidelines.

*On During: October 1st - April 1st
Common Concerns:
*Road Conditions: Some of our cabins are on steep, narrow, curvy, mountain roads. If you are concerned about road conditions to get to a cabin, please feel free to ask us! None of our cabins requires a 4-wheel drive under normal weather conditions, but some do in inclement weather.
*TV & WiFi: We do have TVs and WiFi in most of our cabins. There are times when heavy cloud cover, weather systems, mountains, or trees will cause problems with the signals. We always want our guests to have the comforts they want on vacation, but there are times we cannot control this problem.
*Pests & Wildlife: Here in the Smoky Mountains, we have lots of native bugs and wildlife. All of our cabins are treated for pests, but there are times you will find bugs or even have trouble with bugs. Please let us know if they are causing trouble; we will handle it as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please never feed, taunt, or approach any wildlife. This is their home, and we are the visitors.
Cancellation Policy:
*$50 cancellation fee
*Before 30 days - you will get all of your money back (-$50)
*Within 30 days - whatever dates we can rebook, this is the amount that we will refund (-$50). Example: if you had 5 nights & we rebooked 4 nights = you will be refunded 4 night+tax+cleaning fee

Very tranquil getaway. Lots of amenities and clean. Navigating into the river was challenging but found a cave about 30 feet up directly across from the cabin. Pretty cool.

We love this cabin - our 2nd stay here. It really meets our needs for our mission trip in Townsend. There was plenty of room to store our gear/bins in the foyer/sitting room. It's clean, beds are comfy, kitchen is well equipped. Towels, soap, paper towels, etc. were enough for our week-long stay. The sound of the river, the rock wall, and wildlife viewing can't be beat. Keith was quick to respond regarding a small concern that I had that turned out to be nothing. Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful, comfortable, peaceful cabin with a great river view. Even though it rained a couple of days, it was comfortable listening to the rain on the porch tin roof and being entertained by the geese and ducks! Secluded, but close to main highway. Will definitely return!
