Excellent, hope to return again soon!

Our family had a perfect first trip to the smokies with Owl's Roost as our home base. The cabin is in a perfect location, close to several trails and sights. Spotless cabin and beautiful wooded scenery to enjoy. We hope to return!

Lovely home with an incredible porch. Clean and stocked with useful items. We will be back.

Great place to stay. The porch feels like a treehouse with woods all around. Beds are relaxing. This is near two great campgrounds that have the river running through them. But this house is much more spacious and comfortable than a camping situation.
Hike to Bigfoot is in the backyard. Mtb trails and brewery and great food nearby.

There are two new additions that we liked a lot. The parking turnaround was expanded and graveled, making it a lot easier to use, and the new walk-in shower unit made everyone feel a lot safer.

Just got home from a great trip. A big thank you to Owl's Roost. The cabin was awesome. We come down solely for Cades Cove and the bears. This was our fourth trip, and we have found our permanent cabin to stay in. We didn't see it, but we had a bear visit one night and leave tracks in the fresh ashes, a big plus for us. Then, as we were leaving for home, we had a bear in the drive. Nice hot tub, the porch is so relaxing, and the home is furnished very nicely. Thank you for providing us with what we needed.

We loved Owls Roost! It was our first visit to Smokies - loved the location, close to Cades Cove and a more chill side of the park. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and the screened in porch was the highlight. Our family of four didn't want to leave & hope to be back some day.

Such a perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy all that nature offers! We loved that the house was IMPECCABLY clean and so well stocked with all the essentials needed for a most comfortable stay! Beds were comfortable and lots of cozy seating in the living room. You can tell this home was well cared for and we appreciated all the thoughtful amenities! We loved sitting on the screened-in porch, listening to the birds chirp and the squirrels scamper about, while we had our coffee in the mornings! We hung our hammock under the covered area by the fire pit and even hiked the trail right behind the house! Although a little steep, the wide trail made it very accessible. The top of the trail offered EPIC views and a giant Sasquatch sculpture! So Cool! The road getting to the cabin was easily accessed by our front wheel drive car and there was plenty of room to turn around, so we could back up next to the steps. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and peaceful respite!
